KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 7 (Bernama) – Century Software (M) Sdn
Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Censof Holdings Berhad
(Censof), announced that the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) portal
called HASiL International Data Exchange Facility (HiDEF) Common Reporting Standard
(CRS) is now live.
The CRS is
an internationally-agreed single global standard for the collection, reporting
and exchange of financial accounting information on non-residents.
Censof group
managing director, Ameer Shaik Mydin, said demands for more standardised
levels of tax reporting compliance at the international level have been
increasing over the last decade. A key aspect of that co-operation is
exchange of information.
