KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 (Bernama) -- Vivocom International Holdings Bhd (Vivocom) has signed a letter of intention with Zhonghe Huaxing Development (M) Sdn Bhd (Zhonghe Huaxing) to cooperate and collaborate on related activities in connection with property development and construction projects.
The proposed cooperation will see both parties working together and combining resources for the purpose of procuring development and construction projects, said Vivocom in a statement.
Zhonghe Huaxing is a subsidiary of China Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Company Ltd, which in turn is controlled by China Nuclear Engineering Group Corporation.
