KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 16 -- Binhai New Area’s administrative service office in Tianjin, China was officially opened early this year, covering its functions such as administrative approval and business environment improvement.
The office was designed to help administrative services transition from the previous standardised evaluation and approval manners to more convenient, user-friendly and quality services for the public and enterprises.
Beginning this year, Tianjin delegated an unprecedented 597 items of municipal power to Binhai New Area, according to a statement from the Media Convergence Center with Tianjin Binhai New Area.
The administrative service office provides whole-process supporting services and takes measures to streamline the process. It also seeks to reduce the evaluation and approval time as well as improve efficiency by taking parallel steps.
As the leading engine of the municipality’s economic development, Binhai New Area has dealt with issues such as development of new technologies, industries, business forms and modes.
It combines local conditions and seeks practical and tailor-made solutions by removing crucial hurdle in power delegation and realised door-to-door administrative services.
