ISW Holdings enters joint-venture agreement with Bitmain official distributor

KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 — International Spirits & Wellness Holdings Inc (ISW Holdings), a global brand management holdings company, has entered into a new venture with Bit5ive LLC, a global leader in cryptocurrency mining and innovative turnkey mining solutions.
