Hatch launches ‘Positive change: leadership for a better world’ campaign

KUALA LUMPUR, March 5 -- In conjunction with its 65th anniversary, a global engineering, project management and professional services firm Hatch has released a new ‘Positive change: leadership for a better world’ campaign.

According to a statement, the campaign includes a report, curated video content and microsite, which detail how, in the last 65 years since the firm's inception, they have changed to meet clients’ evolving needs.

Hatch was founded in the 1950s as an engineering and technology consultancy firm primarily serving the metals and infrastructure sectors.

The company’s first projects included work on the subway tunnels beneath Toronto for the Toronto Transit Commission and work for Québec Iron & Titanium’s (now Rio Tinto) metallurgical complex in Sorel-Tracy, Québec.

Hatch has pioneered, innovated and raised the bar in the industries, partnering with clients in the pursuit of positive change, while simultaneously growing the company to more than 9,000 employees worldwide.

With these commemorative assets, Hatch global leaders examine how the world is facing its toughest challenges, how clients have responded, and how the role of engineers has transformed to deliver holistic solutions.

“Communities, industries, engineers and advisers will need to come together and demonstrate the leadership that’s required to build the world we want and can sustain,” said Hatch global managing director of Strategy and Development, Martin Doble.
