Sinochem International Corporation (“Sinochem International”) and
Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited (“Halcyon Agri”) today announced that
they have signed, together with certain Halcyon Agri shareholders,
definitive agreements to bring about a combination of their natural
rubber assets to create the world’s leading natural rubber supply chain
manager. The businesses will be combined under Halcyon Agri, which will
continue to be listed on the SGX.
