HEALTHY GENERATION WITHOUT DRUGS - ANTI DRUGS WEEK BY MINISTRY OF HEALTH AT SOLACE SABAH

KOTA KINABALU, April 10 (Bernama) --The Sabah State Health Department (JKNS) in partnership with Sabah Education Department (JPNS) held a State Anti-Drugs Week based on the theme of "Healthy Generation without Drugs". 'Anti-Drugs Week' is one of the annual activities of the State Health Department, which aims to deliver a variety of information on drug abuse and their effects on the public, especially to education and government employees.

The JKNS objective is to increase knowledge and awareness, enable self-assertion and the ability to say, "no", to drug use and creating a work environment that is safe and healthy. Together, they visited Solace Sabah to gain more insight into the various addiction treatment approaches provided here at the private addiction treatment centre. Datuk Dr. Christina Rundi, the Director of the Sabah State Health Department, was the chief guest of the event.
