a knowledge virtual assistant, answers questions in real-time on company groups within Workplace and in conversations on Work Chat, a statement said.
Employees can use InfoBot to decipher jargon and acronyms, answer FAQs, check company policies and add their knowledge upon admin approval as InfoBot also can crowd source information.
Formative bots can be integrated with any enterprise communication platform as it helps with resource management, scheduling and employee engagement, the statement said.
