KUALA LUMPUR, July 31 (Bernama) -- AXEL -- a technology company providing protection for users´ digital data and content -- appointed Michael Conn as the chief strategy officer (CSO) to lead its upcoming launch of AXEL Token and development of its blockchain platform.
President and CTO of AXEL, Ben Ow said Conn´s experience and knowledge in the financial industry as well as his expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrency will be valuable for the company´s blockchain venture.
As CSO of AXEL, Conn will be responsible for advancing interest in the institutional blockchain and crypto community and overseeing the upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE), as well as the future growth of the AXEL Token, a statement said.
Previously, Conn served as the co-founder and chief executive officer of Ether Capital -- the first Ethereum-focused publicly traded company which raised US$45 million or RM 182.7 million through a private placement. (1US$ = RM 4.06)
