New AI style discovery platform introduces online fashion consumption to Singapore

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 4 -- Odd Concepts, an AI-based fashion tech company, has launched an AI style discovery platform to introduce new paradigm in online fashion consumption to Singapore.

The platform, StyleCrush enables consumers to collect fashion style images according to their tastes in a digital album and the AI technology assists users to enjoy fashion by helping them conveniently search and purchase similar products.

When consumers upload style images like those of popular celebrities or paste in image links to StyleCrush, the AI system searches similar style products and connects consumers to shopping malls where they can purchase the products conveniently.

According to a statement, consumers can build a wish list amongst fashion products discovered through search and create an album with their preferred style images.

Odd Concepts collaborates with Suggesty and Sta1 of Korea, as well as Qoo10, the largest shopping mall in Singapore, to help consumers discover and enjoy a greater variety of fashion styles on StyleCrush.

Suggesty is an online mall selling AI-curated Korean designer brands internationally and will share its database and apparels with StyleCrush, while Sta1 is the largest Korean fashion platform where more than one million products from over 6,000 brands are registered.

To help consumers discover a greater variety of fashion styles across APAC, Odd Concepts will expand cooperation with fashion and apparel e-commerce partners in Singapore and ASEAN countries.

Established in 2012, Odd Concepts provides PXL service, which recommends personalised products to consumers by utilising AI in searching and analysing images, to around 200 fashion e-commerce partners at home and in the APAC countries.
