KEPONG, Aug 14 (Bernama) -- Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Tesco Malaysia), the country’s leading hypermarket is proud to welcome SEA Games Torch Run at Tesco Kepong today as the final stop for the Kepong – Segambut route. The SEA Games Torch Run is expected to make its final stop in Tesco Kepong before heading to the Bukit Jalil National Stadium for the opening ceremony of #KL2017 on 19 August 2017.
Tesco Kepong is the third Tesco hypermarket selected as one of the SEA Games Torch Run stops, after Tesco Kulai on 15th May and Tesco Kuala Selangor on 1st August 2017. The selection of Tesco hypermarkets as a stop has allowed the local Kepong-Segambut community especially Tesco shoppers to closely witness this historic event.
