KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 12 (Bernama) -- eCloudvalley Digital Technology was ranked 18th in the World's Top 250 Public Cloud Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for 2022, according to a survey by ChannelE2E.
In a statement, it said the Top 250 Public Cloud MSPs list identified and honoured the top MSPs that supported customers on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other cloud platforms.
From 2019, eCloudvalley, as AWS Premier Tier Services Partner has earned its designation on this global recognition list for the fifth consecutive year and maintained the world's top 20 MSPs.
Since 2016, eCloudvalley has passed the AWS MSP audit annually and gained 96 per cent customer satisfaction for its technical services, according to the "2021 eCloudvalley MSP customer Satisfaction Survey".
As cloud technology becomes essential to business operations, cloud management plays an integral part in information technology (IT) investment.
Gartner recently forecast worldwide public cloud end-user spending to reach nearly US$600 billion this year, of which cloud management and security services are estimated to increase by about 22 per cent, reaching approximately US$41.7 billion. (US$1=RM4.36)
eCloudvalley's Cloud business unit general manager, Linda Lin said as cloud environments are increasingly complex, enterprises should prioritise cloud optimisation, secure cloud environment and cloud talent training.
