STARR DRIVES GLOBAL OPERATIONS WITH NEW ROLE IN FINANCIAL LINES AND PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 1 (Bernama) -- Starr Insurance (Starr) has appointed Christopher Magee as Vice President, International Head of Financial Lines and Professional Liability.

According to Starr in a statement, Magee’s position is a new role which will see him focus on growing the business outside the United States (US) and helping clients manage their risks worldwide.

He has more than 25 years of financial lines management experience at large multinational insurance companies in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and has specialised in financial and professional liability risks throughout his career.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Magee recently relocated from London and will be based in New York City.

An insurance and investment organisation with a presence in six continents; through its operating insurance companies, Starr provides property, casualty, and accident and health insurance products as well as a range of specialty coverages.
