KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 4 (Bernama) – The fifth edition of the
Malaysia Urban Retreat Festival (Murfest) 2018 at e.City Hotel @
OneCity in Subang Jaya on Nov 4-6 is a chance for health
enthusiasts to enjoy wholesome activities in a festive atmosphere.
Murfest, in
a statement, said the festival will feature a line-up of local and
international presenters who will be offering masterclasses, workshops and
talks on self-improvement and self-realisation.
Patrons can
choose from a wide selection of sessions, including powerful yoga flows,
physical conditioning, folk dances, music therapy, and talks on
self-actualisation.
Dance
enthusiasts can immerse themselves in a number of dance workshops such as
Indian Garba Folk Dance and Latin Reggaeton, and special events such as
‘Sacred Cacao Ceremony: Ecstatic Dance Flow Party’ and ‘Dance Fitness Party
featuring Salsation’.
Members of
the public without entry passes can attend free workshops at
the Murfest Community Pavilion and visit the JustBe Markets for a
selection of healthy produce and snacks.
